Check Compatibility

Ensure your iPhone is XS, XR or newer and running iOS 14.5 or later.

Connect to Wi-Fi

A stable internet connection is required to download your eSIM profile.

Open Cellular Settings

Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM.

Scan QR Code

Point your camera at the QR code in your activation email.

Scanning your QR Code

Once you reach the "Add eSIM" screen, scan the QR code we sent to your email. This profile contains all the network settings needed for your device.
